Plant-Based Eating 101

Plant-based, plant-slant, vegan, and more so many concepts, but goodness, what do they mean? Let's take the fear out of plant-based eating as Lisa walks students through the most popular plant-based theories with some history, tasting time and sharing her plant-based journey that started at age 58! In addition, students will be provided with self-exploratory tools to take their own fun, two-week test drive of plant-based eating.
