Part 2 – The 15/15 Structure (15 min total each)
First 15 minutes (Partner goes first):
Their Story & Focus (5 min)
Who they are, what they do, who they serve.
Ask: “What’s your best client/referral/connection right now?”
Dig Deeper (5 min)
Listen for problems you can help with.
Explore their goals and challenges.
Connection Points (5 min)
Where can you add value?
Who do you know that could help them?
Second 15 minutes (Your turn):
Your Story & Focus (5 min)
Share your clear value proposition and ideal clients/connections.

Let them ask questions about how you work.
Share examples that make it easy to remember and refer you.
Connection Points (5 min)
Suggest collaborations, introductions, or resources.
Part 3 – Timing Guide
Minute 0-2: Quick rapport & set agenda (“Let’s each take 15 min”).
Minutes 2-17: Partner’s turn.
Minutes 17-29: Your turn.
Minute 29-30: Wrap up with action items.

Part 4 – Action Items & Same-Day Wins
Agree on 3 Free Action Items before ending:
A referral introduction (via text, email, or LinkedIn).
Share a resource (article, tool, podcast, or checklist).
