This beloved tradition celebrates our community’s rich architectural heritage and offers a rare chance to step inside some of Fort Collins’ most remarkable properties.
This year’s tour features four privately owned historic homes, along with a home showcasing an extraordinary collection of European mid-century furnishings. Plus, enjoy three landmarked city-owned treasures that have long been favorites of the Tour.

Ticket Booklets
• Printed booklets are available for online ticket purchasers. Details on how to obtain yours will be included in your confirmation and thank-you email, plus a reminder email during Tour week.
• A paperless version of the 2025 Tour Booklet will also be available. Please note: all attendees using the online booklet must still obtain a Tour Signature Sheet for entry and must begin their Tour at either the Avery House or the Water Works.
