Fire Cider Making Class with Brita LaTona

Join Clinical herbalist Brita Latona for this exploration of Fire Cider just in time for winter. Fire Cider is a Traditional Herbal remedy used to boost immune system function, aid in preventing cold/flus, stimulate good circulation, and aid in gentle digestion. In this class we will learn the history of this traditional remedy, learn about the medicinal attributes and benefits of all of the ingredients and make our own batch of Fire Cider for the season! This will be a hands on class with instruction on making this immune boosting blend, and each participant will leave with their own jar of fire cider.
