Beginner Aerial Spiral Pole Workshop (120 mins)

-ALL LEVELS, This workshop will allow newbies the opportunity to stretch, condition, and step foot
into the illusion that is Aerial Spiral Pole! Get comfortable spinning, standing, and climbing through
the basics.

Taught by Lacy Kelly, Instructor and owner of Pole & Aerial Fitness. Fully Certified Instructor though XPERT/XPOLE
Levels 1&2, 3&4.
