60 minutes of Forms--Fund-raiser for Dr. Kim Schmidt

We will do as many forms as we can in 60 minutes, beginning with beginner level, through Black Belt and some weapons forms. As we get above your level you are welcome to keep following along or else to repeat forms that you know. Requesting donations of at least $20 to go to the Schmidt family. Please bring cash.
