Join us for a gentle exploration of how herbs can nourish and support the unique rhythms of neurodivergent minds and bodies, with a focus on ADHD, Autism, and High Sensitivity. Guided by neurodivergent staff herbalist Brynna Herbener, this class offers a thoughtful, heart-centered approach to working with plant allies for greater balance and ease.
Together, we’ll explore:
~The body systems that may need extra care and the herbs that offer their steady, grounding support.
~ Flower essences and their affinity for high sensitivity, emotional balance, and nervous system harmony.
~Approaching herbalism through a neurodivergent lens—navigating executive dysfunction, perfectionism, and sensory sensitivities while cultivating a practice that feels accessible and nourishing.
~ Important considerations when combining herbs with common medications for ADHD and Autism.
This class is not about “fixing” or “curing” but rather embracing herbalism as a tool for self-care, resilience, and deepening your connection to nature’s wisdom.
Come as you are.
Class will be taught online via Zoom.
