The Harvest Festival is a family-friendly event for all ages! There will be a chili cook-off, a pumpkin carving/painting contest, and a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the FBWC kids ministry.
FOOD:
We will begin serving at 12 pm, though food will be available throughout the event.
Menu:
Chili Meal (bowl of your choice of Chili, your choice of either a peanut butter or grilled cheese sandwich, and a drink)
Selection of chilies and other soups
Peanut butter/ grilled cheese sandwiches
Fall Sweet Treats
Apple Cider
Hot Coco Bar
CHILI COOK-OFF:
Starting off the event will be a Chili Cook-Off, which will be taking place from 12 pm until 2 pm, with judging beginning at 12:30. This year, all soups are welcome, not just chili. Chili, soup, and other food items will be available throughout the event.
Entry into the Chili Cook-Off: 1 nonperishable food item (or a $1 or more donation to the Lord's Pantry)
(Entries must be on site by 11:45am unless otherwise arranged)
PUMPKIN CARVING/PAINTING CONTEST:
The pumpkin carving and/or painting contest will be taking place from 2 pm until 3:30 pm, with winners being announced at 4 pm. All ages are welcome! There will be materials available at the event- however, people are more than welcome and encouraged to bring already completed pumpkins. Those that are completed off site need to be at the event no later than 3:30. Winners will be based on people's choice, meaning the pumpkin with the most donations/votes will win. (must be 16 years or older to carve onsite)

SILENT AUCTION:
Throughout the event there will be a silent auction, where bids can be made silently throughout the day. Announcing of winners will begin at 4pm.
