The Turkey Trot will take place once again this year. This will be the 12th annual Turkey Trot at the Coast. As usual, this will be a non competitive event. The trot will take place on Thanksgiving morning at the South Coastal Trail at 9AM. The funds will go to the Fort Bragg High School Track and Field Team, the Mendocino Coast Humane Society, and the Fort Bragg Food Bank. It will be a $30 donation, plus a suggested canned food item on the day you pick up your shirt, or the morning of the event. We have short sleeve and long sleeve T-Shirts available this year.
Registration opens 8/11/25 and closes 11/10/25. Shirts will be available for pick up on 11/25 from noon to 12:30 and 11/26 from 5:00 to 5:30 at the Fort Bragg High School on 300 Dana Street.
We’d love for everyone to join us for a run, or walk, on Thanksgiving Day.

1. Check written and mailed to: Fort Bragg High School. C/O: Tara Larson-300 Dana Street, Fort Bragg, CA 95437. Please include an email address, so I can let you know when I receive your payment. If you are mailing a check, make sure it arrives before the November 10th registration deadline, and include the size of your shirt and long, or short sleeve.
2. Message me to set up a time and place to meet, or drop off your payment at the Fort Bragg High School front office with your name and shirt size. Please specify if you would like a short sleeve, or long sleeve T-Shirt.
As long as you register by November 10th, you will be guaranteed a T-shirt.
