Fit for Food Support

Join us for a Community CrossFit Workout! We are teaming up with CrossFit Fort Atkinson for a Community Workout benefitting the Food Pantry. This workout class is open to all, members and non-members. Just bring non-perishable food items or a cash donation to participate!

- Please bring gym shoes to change into in efforts to keep the gym free of snow and slush
- Bring a water bottle
- Most of all, bring a friend!

This event is designed for all physical ability levels!
