Elizabeth Copeland is the Economic Development Analyst for the City of North Richland Hills. She has nearly 20 years of marketing experience in both the private and public sectors and holds a B.S. in Advertising with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Elizabeth lives in Keller and is married to her college sweetheart. She is a proud mom to two teenagers who keep her busy with their endless activities.
