So often, when I’m teaching Aikido, parents and grandparents share how they once practised a martial art. Their faces light up, eyes sparkle and the memories still bring them alive, a testament to the valuable life-long lessons Aikido can deliver on. �
Why not give your children memories like these?
During the school holidays there’s a chance to try Aikido:
� Tuesday 30 Sept & Thursday 2 Oct
� 10–11am at Cape Hawke Surf Club, One Mile Beach.
� Parents can wander to Bostin Brew for a coffee while the kids explore this peaceful martial art.
Can’t make the holidays?
� Next term begins Tuesday 14 Oct with a Come & Try class 4–4.45pm.
