Stretch & Move – Pilates Introduction

We’re excited to introduce Stretch & Move, a welcoming Pilates-style session at Our Veterans Haven, proudly sponsored as part of DVA Health Week and delivered by the legends at Revive Exercise Physiology

Aligned perfectly with this year’s theme — Connect, Move, Nourish: Thrive 365 — this session is all about:

Connecting with others in a relaxed, supportive space

Moving safely to improve strength, balance, and flexibility

Nourishing your body and mind to support long-term wellbeing
No experience needed, no pressure — just gentle movement, good people, and a chance to do something positive for yourself.

Whether you’re easing back into movement or just keen to stretch things out, this session is for you.
