To celebrate all our hard work, creativity, and community spirit before our Grand Opening in October, join us for a Country Day & Night celebration with something for everyone – from forest walks to fireside hoedowns!
🌲 Morning – POW Forest Walk & Morning Tea
Let’s kick off the day with the peaceful POW Walk – a gentle 3.5km (approx. 1-hour) stroll along the old train track through beautiful forest.
📍 Meeting Point: Jarrahdale POW Walk Trailhead
🕤 Meet Time: 9:30am
☕ Morning Tea: Provided at the POW camp site
We’ll finish by lunchtime, with the option to gather for a relaxed pub lunch in Jarrahdale before heading to the Haven.
🎶 Afternoon & Evening – Country Fun at the Haven
After lunch, come down to Our Veterans Haven for an afternoon of good vibes, good music, and great company.

👢 Try your hand (or feet!) at Line Dancing – thanks to Glenn and Ellie who will bring their gear and teach some fun, family-friendly steps!
