Harvest Lakes Chair Yoga

Come join our qualified instructor, Shyamala as she delivers a 1-hour Chair Yoga Class. Designed to suit those who prefer low impact yoga, this class is ideal to stretch, build core strength and work on breathing techniques.

Delivered at the Harvest Lakes Community Centre on Aurora Drive in Atwell, there is ample parking in the community centre carpark or down Aurora Drive.

Only $10 for individuals and $15 for 2 people.
