Green Hive - Annual General Meeting

The (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of the Green Hive members.

The primary purpose of the AGM is to discuss the charity's performance over the past year, address any significant issues, and outline future strategies. It serves as a platform for members to voice their opinions, ask questions, and vote on important matters.

Financial Reports: Presentation of the charity's financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Board of Directors Election: Voting on the election or re-election of board members.

Management Reports: Updates from the management team regarding charity operations and strategic initiatives.

Q&A Session: An opportunity for members to ask questions and engage with the board and management.
