✅ Comfort: Yoga mat, blanket provided on first come first serve basis. Disposable eye-masks will be available. Your comfort is important so feel free to bring what you need. The experience will last approx. 80 minutes.

The Letting Go 9D Breathwork and Sound Journey supports those ready to release the past, ease resentment, and let go of judgment. It creates a nurturing space to rediscover deeper purpose and reconnect with the authentic self.
