Mandala for New Beginnings

Dear all,

I'll be holding the space for a half day healing workshop in Forfar, and we'll work together to identify and formulate our intentions, to and invite in new auspicious beginnings in 2026. This is a chance to get in touch with your intuition, to receive healing and guidance, and to connect with like minded and supportive people.

Please be assured that the space that we are co-creating will be at all times kept safe, pure in energy, high in vibration and free of all interferences.

THE SESSION

We'll start the by opening the space and we'll continue with short introductions to get to know each other and share our intentions for the day.

Following this, I will be guiding our group through a healing meditation journey for the purpose of clearing our minds, opening our hearts and connecting to our Higher Selves.

From this place of connection and clarity we'll be creating and activating together the Mandala of New Beginnings, which is a powerful and very enjoyable way to open ourselves to our dreams and wishes.

Mandalas representwholeness and the universe and drawing them offers a wide range of psychological, physiological, and emotional benefits. Beyond their spiritual origins, they are nowadays widely used as effective tools for art therapy and mindfulness.

Some of the most recognised effects of engaging in the creation of mandalas are:

• Stress and Anxiety Reduction: The repetitive and symmetrical nature of mandala coloring or drawing promotes a state of "meditative flow" that quiets the mind. Studies show it can lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol more effectively than other coloring activities.

• Improved Focus and Concentration: Creating mandalas requires sustained attention to fine detail, which acts as "active meditation" to strengthen cognitive function and attention spans.

• Emotional Processing and Healing: Mandalas provide a "safe container" for externalizing complex emotions like grief or trauma that may be difficult to put into words.

• Psychological Integration: Famed psychiatrist Carl Jung viewed mandalas as representations of the unconscious self; creating them helps individuals organize their emotions and move toward psychological wholeness

More than this, by working together as a group, our combined energies can significantly multiply these beneficial effects.

The second part will be reserved to psychometry, which is the art of divination by connecting through objects that hold the energy of a person.

Please bring a personal object for the psychometry reading (ideally a small object that you use or carry with you a lot). You can also bring an object that belonged to someone who passed away, if you wish to receive messeges in connection to that person.

That being said, we'll not be engaging in readings for someone who is alive and not present (no matter how close it is to you) as this represents a privacy breach and is unethical (it would be like reading someone's journal).

For those who have attended last session and will be joining us again, it would be helpful to bring the heart crystal that you have received last time. In any case, you're welcome to bring along any crystal that you connect with, to be charged and also to contribute to activating our mandala.

We'll dedicate the rest of our time to sharing our experiences to the extent that each of us feels comfortable, before closing down the space.

DETAILS

The workshop will be held at Wendy's Yoga and Pilates studio in Forfar,

15 West High Street, DD8 1BE, United Kingdom.

We will start at 10AM on Sunday, 01.02.2026 and we'll finish around 1:30PM. There will be a short break for tea and snacks in the middle.

Our readings are not aimed at seeing the future, but at finding healing and support, just because once we feel truly loved we can create for ourselves and those around us a future that is beyond any and all expectations.

Equally, no drawing experience or skills are required for attending this and all necessary materials will be provided.

Make sure to dress comfortably and it helps to have an extra warm cosy layer for the meditation part. Also, remember to bring some water to keep yourself hydrated.

You are also welcome to bring your crystal(s) of choice to be charged during our session.

Please try to arrive on time, so that we can make the most out of the time that we'll be spending together. Equally, please don't arrive too much in advance, as I will be setting up the room.

I'm still charging introductory prices to give people a chance to experience the work that we're doing, so the attendance fee will be £15.

There is a symbolic fee of GBP 5 per participant which can be paid on the Cademy platform via Stripe or cash on the evening. A BIT ABOUT ME:

I am Namura, and from an early age my connection to the Spirit world has led me to explore various meditation, healing and psychic development techniques, both on my own and by attending various spiritual development workshops and classes.

Being driven to further help others, I then got trained as an Archangel Life Coach, Angelic Medium and as an energy healer practitioner through the Angelic Reiki Association. For over half an year now I started taking shamanic healing courses, which I find very helpful for my personal healing and I hope to one day be able to also use them to help others.
