Celebrating Good Practice in Supportive Settings

This event will bring together care home and social work colleagues to reflect on good practice between services and celebrate the positive impact this has had for service users.

This session is open to care home staff and adult social work services.

· Good practice sharing around the importance of a multi-agency approach to ASP in supportive settings
