Divorce can leave women feeling unseen, unchosen, and spiritually confused — especially in faith spaces where silence, shame, or “just pray about it” often replace real support.

Divorced, NOT Discarded is a sacred, honest space for women at any stage of divorce to breathe again, heal honestly, and remember who they are — without judgment, pressure, or pretending everything is fine.

This 2-hour in-person workshop and panel will center lived experience, faith-rooted hope, and practical next steps for rebuilding your life with clarity and confidence.

• A guided teaching on divorce, identity, and God’s heart for restoration
• A panel of women sharing real, unfiltered stories of divorce and healing
• Gentle scripture and faith-based reframing (no preaching, no shaming)
• Practical tools for emotional healing, boundaries, and moving forward
• Time for reflection, connection, and Q&A
• Light refreshments + a curated gift bag for each attendee

• Women who are divorced, newly separated, or divorced years ago
• Women healing quietly or still carrying grief, anger, or confusion
• Women navigating faith after divorce
• Women who want healing and direction — not platitudes

(Faith-based but open. You do not need to “have it all together” to attend.)

Dr. Tru is an educator, author, and faith-based guide who has personally navigated divorce, remarriage, burnout, and rebuilding. She creates spaces where women are seen, supported, and reminded that their story is not over.
