Drive Through Ash Wednesday Service

For Ash Wednesday, we are offering a daytime slot for those who aren't able to come out at night.

From Noon until 3 PM on Ash Wednesday, we invite you to drive through our parking lot where Pastor Jack or one of our Elders will greet you with a blessing and offer the imposition of ashes. Additionally, you will receive a Star Word (Fruit of the Spirit) and a Cross Word (Work of the Flesh) that you can pray over during the Lenten season.

Each Sunday during the Lenten season, Pastor Jack will be comparing words that reflect the Fruit of the Spirit vs words that represent works of the flesh. You are encouraged to spend the Lenten season praying over your Cross Word and asking God to help you leave it behind and let the Star guide you to the Fruit of the Spirit on your Star.

We look forward to celebrating Ash Wednesday with you as we enter the time of self-sacrifice and reflection, looking to Easter as Resurrected People.
