The Challenge and Gift of Silence – Prayer Lab Session

Silence is something that makes many of us uncomfortable. For some of us – it is physically uncomfortable. For others, it feels awkward or unnatural. Others of us crave silence or find solace in it. Silence has been part of prayer for centuries. Come join us as we discuss how silence affects us and dip our toes into the still waters of quiet with God.

Prayer Lab will be offered as a hybrid (in-person or online) experience. Join in the conference room or via Zoom (passcode ‘breathe’) at 10 am on Sunday, October 5.
