Four Elements and Elevate Barre & Yoga are teaming up to bring you an unforgettable Barre + Sauna event!

Join us for a Special hour Barre Sculpt class at Elevate followed by Sauna and Cold plunge!

Two Sessions available -Space is limited to EIGHT per session!
4:30 PM | 5:45 PM

What to wear/bring:
+Barre Grip Socks
+Athletic clothing for Barre (you may sauna in your gear or change into a swimsuit!)
+Full water bottle
+Towel (or 2!)
+Sandals/robe optional
+Swimsuit optional
