This workshop invites you to begin where you can have an impact: Within your own system.
Together, we’ll explore the emotional imprints passed down through our family lines and cultures, gently untangling what is ours to resolve and what never was. Through a blend of Emotional Inheritance work and Family Constellations, you’ll gain insight into your inner and relational systems and uncover the hidden loyalties that shape your life. Together, we will reclaim the freedom to choose differently than those who came before and to let our systemic healing ripple out into the larger whole. This is a space for women ready to shift not only their personal stories but the patterns that shape generations.
