Beginner Yoga Immersion

Have you been thinking about yoga but not sure how to get started? Or have you been practicing for awhile and need to refine things a little?

Please Join us for a 90‑minute workshop where we will focus on alignment, foundational asana (poses) breathwork, modifications and props, and how to put it all together, so you will feel Comfortable in any of our other classes.

Bring a mat, and maybe a friend, and join us for this fun introduction to yoga.

Please register on schedule bliss. Use any of the regular class passes. If this is your first class at Twisted, use the “first class free” pass.
