Autumnal Equinox Rest and Restore

Please join us for The Autumnal Equinox practice that takes a more soothing approach to honoring the balance of light and dark. This class will encourage deep rest, nervous system release, and grounding during this seasonal transition. We will balance your left and right side bodies, through restorative poses.
