• Yoga Philosophy: Patanjali’s Eight Limbs, Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, mantra & meditation
• Asana & Anatomy: Alignment, modifications, assists, safe sequencing, biomechanics
• Teaching Skills: Seeing bodies clearly, voice development, cueing, demonstrating, class planning
• Subtle Body: Chakras, koshas, bandhas, vayus, nadis
• Pranayama: Three-part breath, ujjayi, alternate nostril, sitali, kapalabhati, bhramari
• Ayurveda: Doshas, five elements, lifestyle practices
• Prenatal Yoga: Trimester modifications, contraindications, physical & emotional support
• Meditation: Japa, guided, silent, walking, yoga nidra
• Lifestyle & Ethics: Yogic foundations for living with integrity and awareness

1) Advanced Studies Track
For students wanting deep study without completing all YA certification requirements.
2) 200HR Yoga Alliance Certification Track
For those preparing to teach in studios, gyms, corporate settings, or community spaces.
💰 Investment
Early Registration: $2,800 (on or before Sept 1, 2025)
Regular Registration: $3,200 (after Sept 1, 2025)
Early-bird requirements:
• $500 deposit with application
• Half tuition ($1,150) due Oct 1, 2025
• Remaining balance ($1,150) due Nov 1, 2025

• 200HR Yoga Alliance certification (pending completion of requirements)
• Transformative Yoga Training Manual
• Guest teacher workshops

Books not included; reading list provided upon acceptance.
🔄 Refund Policy
• $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
• 31+ days prior: full refund minus deposit
• 15–30 days prior: 50% refund minus deposit
• 14 days or less: no refund
