Join us on the water for an evening of relaxation and zen.
As the sun starts to dip towards the horizon, we’ll paddle out together, then pause for some restorative stretches, followed by a soothing sound bath, letting the lake hold us in serenity.
Afterward, we’ll paddle back under the colors of dusk—refreshed, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Where: Willow Creek Recreation Area Boat Launch, Lake Natoma
TIme: 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
$50 will secure a spot for you in this intimate group setting.
