Immerse yourself in a symphony of sound to bring you into a deep state of meditation and relaxation.
Reno Gorman is a multi-instrumentalist with a collection of handpans, tongue drums, singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments from around the world.
The carefully crafted orchestration will guide you on a journey through sound, music, the perception of hearing vs listening, pratyahara (mastering the senses for meditation), and prime you for golden silence.
Additionally, a Vibro-Acoustic Sound Therapy mat will be available for you to hear and FEEL the sound vibrations for a visceral, multi-sensory experience.
You are encouraged to relax either lying down on blankets & bolsters, or seated in meditation. Feel free to bring blankets, cushions, or anything else to be comfortable, as well as any sacred objects you wish to be bathed in sound vibrations and/or to aid in meditation.
