Ever feel like there are heavy emotions sitting inside of you, but there aren’t words for it, and talking about it feels exhausting anyway?
This session blends guided breathwork with art therapy to support emotional processing in a grounded, body based way. Breathwork, guided by Lisa Mort, helps calm the nervous system and quiet the mind so emotions can surface without force. Art therapy, led by licensed counselor Lynette Carte, offers a way to express and integrate what came up without needing to explain it.
Breathwork is a strong complement to art therapy. Breathwork brings emotions closer to the surface, and art therapy provides a structured way to express and integrate them.
Together, they support regulation, clarity, and meaningful integration through both the body and the mind.
