Step into a space of calm and stillness with this nourishing workshop, designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
You’ll be gently guided through a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Marilyn, a 500-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. This slow, grounding practice helps release tension, increase flexibility, and unlock energetic blockages stored in the body.
After a short break, Justyna, a qualified yoga teacher, breathwork instructor, and sound healer, will lead you through a guided journey of gentle breathwork followed by a deeply healing sound bath. Let the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls wash over you, calming your nervous system and inviting deep rest and emotional release.
Tea and a light snack will be served at the end of the session.
