Feeling tired? Not getting enough sleep?

Come and join me for a deeply relaxing and restorative class this Sunday at 11 am at The Loft Grace Hill Studios in Folkestone.

Experience the ultimate relaxation for your body and mind. This class is all about doing less—allowing yourself to fully unwind reset and recharge for the week ahead.
We'll begin with simple breathwork techniques to help release tension and melt away the stress of the day. Then you’ll be guided through a short meditation to calm the mind. The class will finish with a 30-minute crystal singing bowl session designed to soothe your nervous system and promote deep relaxation and restful sleep.
Please ring the ‘Loft’ buzzer on arrival and make your way to the top of the building. Mats blankets and bolsters are provided. Feel free to bring a pillow or eye mask for added comfort if you wish.
Please note this class might not be suitable for anyone with a pace- maker/ any plates in the body severe mental health problems epilepsy/ seizures and first or third trimester of pregnancy.
