Christmas Bootcamp 🎅 🏃‍♂️

It’s been a while since our bootcamps… but we’re bringing it back for a big Christmas special! ❄️💪

Plan is a Christmas-themed circuit on 7th December — you can dress up or just rock up in normal gym kit. Either way, it’ll be a good laugh.

We know December is manic, but we can all make time for a bit of fun — and there’ll be drinks, treats, and a chance to hang around after for a chat. 🎅💥
