Designed with accessibility in mind, this 45-minute class is perfect for anyone, including those with limited mobility or physical challenges. We’ll transform a simple chair into a supportive yoga prop, guiding you through gentle, seated stretches and movements to increase flexibility, release tension, and enhance relaxation. No need to get on the floor—this class lets you enjoy all the benefits of yoga while staying comfortably seated or using the chair for added stability. Although mats will be available if you feel you would like to try some of the postures on the floor as progression.
