Join us for a magical evening under the open sky as we gather for Serenity Under the Stars, a heart-opening guided meditation and sound bath experience.
We'll begin the evening with a tea ceremony and light snacks, giving everyone a chance to connect and settle in. As the sun sets and the stars begin to twinkle above, we’ll gently move into a guided chakra meditation and body scan — helping you tune in to your energy centers and meet yourself with deep compassion.
This will lead seamlessly into my very first sound bath, where soothing tones and healing vibrations will wash over you, creating a peaceful state of rest and inner harmony.
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, or anything comfortable to lie on. Feel free to bring a pillow or eye mask for extra comfort.
