Equine Assisted Personal Development Workshop: Release & Receive

At the Stunning Taylortown Equine

Description: Step into the arena at the stunning Taylortown Equine and experience the transformative power of partnering with horses. Horses live fully in the present, respond to our energy and intentions, and offer honest, non-judgmental feedback. Their attunement makes them remarkable partners in healing and personal development.

In this 5-hour workshop, you’ll take part in hands-on, on-the-ground experiences with horses designed to help you:

• Release ancestral patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve
• Receive support from the wisdom of your lineage and your own inner resources
• Plant new seeds of growth through intention-setting and quantum visualization
• Regulate and integrate with sound healing, guided meditation, Internal Family System, and EMDR-informed resourcing
• Strengthen clarity, trust, and authentic connection with yourself and others

✨ No riding is involved. All exercises are on the ground in a safe, supportive environment.

Your Facilitators:

• Monika Burra – Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in transformational healing and ancestral work
• Isha Justyna Kostek – Equine Specialist, sound healer, and experiential guide with over 20 years of experience in horse-human connection
  

Together, Monika and Isha weave therapeutic insight, equine wisdom, and holistic practices such as quantum jumping, ancestral release, and sound integration into a truly unique day of growth and renewal.
