As nature slows and the days grow shorter, we’re reminded to turn inward and tend to our own light. In this guided journey, Kirsten will help you connect to your inner radiance — the eternal spark of your soul — through mindful breathing and energy visualization. Feel your light expand, bringing warmth, renewal, and strength through the colder months ahead.
We have 12 cushion you can use first come first serve or bring your own. We also have blankets as you may experience a temperature change during meditation. Doors lock at 6pm so please be on time.
