Join us for a powerful afternoon of remembrance, education, and advocacy as we honor the life and legacy of our beloved sister, Zina Williams, whose life was tragically taken due to domestic violence.

This event is a call to action. Together, we will shine a light on the silent suffering endured by too many and work toward a future where love never hurts. Through self-defense, expert speakers, and community resources, we aim to raise awareness, offer support, and foster change.

By completing this registration, I acknowledge and agree to be bound by each of the following:

I understand participating in this Event can include foreseen risks, unforeseeable risks, and hazards including but not limited physical activity, food, travel, and interaction with other participants which may expose me to injury or death. I freely and voluntarily participate in the Event with the knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to assume and accept all risk of injury, illness, or death. I waive and release all claims for injuries, illness, damages or loss which I may sustain from my voluntary participation in the Event in their entirety including any claims against the Tau Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, their respective officers, agents, volunteers, members and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as "TRO Representatives").

Photo/Video Policy and Warning: Photos, live-streaming and video footage (collectively “Video Footage”) may be taken of me participating in or attending the Event. I understand by registering and/or participating in the Event, I authorize the Tau Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®to use the Video Footage for non-commercial purposes including TRO’s social media and website without additional prior notice or permission and without any compensation to me. All Video Footage is the property of the Tau Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.

By registering and/or participating in this Event, I have read and fully understand the above, warning of risk, assumption of risk, waiver and release of all claims, and photo/video policy and warning. If registered online, my online signature/acknowledgement m will be substituted for and have the same legal effect as an original hard copy signature.
