On Friday, September 12th from 6–9 PM, join us at the GunRunner Rooftop Bar for a guided tasting of Espolòn Tequila—crafted with passion, pride, and a dash of rebellion.

Founded by Cirilo Oropeza, Espolòn was inspired by two icons of Mexican culture: the rooster, symbol of national pride, and the revolutionary art of José Guadalupe Posada. Every bottle is marked by Ramón the Rooster, urging us to raise a glass, spark transformation, and keep moving ever forward.

Taste the exceptional quality of this “Tequila for everyone,” and learn the story behind its name—Spanish for spur—a nod to relentless craftsmanship and the spirits of the past that inspire every pour.
