Defensive Pistol 3

This class will provide the citizen with a better idea of their fitness level and open their minds to how fitness plays a role in success in a self-defense encounter. I look to help you develop confidence in firearm manipulation and use while incorporating movement aimed at elevating heart rates while not slacking on marksmanship.
