Community Health Fair

FREE to the Public: Shoals Community Clinic presents the Annual Community Health Fair on Monday, October 13th, 9am-2pm, at the clinic located at 309-B WC Handy Place, Florence. For more information, please call 256-760-4713.

This event includes FREE Professional Screenings for Blood Pressure, Hearing and Vision. Fast for 6 hours prior to testing for Cholesterol Screening and Diabetes Screening. FREE Flu Shots, FREE Lab Reports, and much more!
