Afrobeats with Jo Sina

We are so pleased to welcome Jo Sina on a monthly basis to teach Afrobeats. The class will be progressive starting with foundational movements and building on them as the class progresses.

Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for ease of movement. Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
