To join the cast, you MUST attend the mandatory all-cast meeting and script read through on Monday, Nov. 3rd at 7:30 PM at C.R.O.W. (3120 HWY 101 in Florence).

💚HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
No audition is required to participate in the Ensemble of the Follies. The Ensemble sings and dances to group holiday songs, performs small skits/scenes, and has featured moments.
If you are interested in a larger role or would like us to consider you for a specialty act, please send an email to
Y3Jvd3RoZWF0cmVraWRzIHwgeWFob28gISBjb20=. There will not be a formal specialty act audition this year. Video auditions will be accepted for any new acts that wish to be considered. Please contact us EARLY if you are interested. The show order is finalized by mid-September.
💓RE: SMALL KIDDOS:
Young children may not participate without an adult or older (teen) sibling in the cast to supervise. CROW requires direct parent involvement for the safety and success of your children. Parents, if you have never been onstage (or backstage), this is your opportunity to have a great time with your kiddo! It's something you'll both remember for the rest of your lives.
💚PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS:
The Follies experience is focused on FUN, is low stress, and not a big rehearsal commitment. We put the whole show together in a very brief amount of time. It is a beloved community annual tradition and if you ask around, you'll hear it over and over again - participating in the Follies is a blast! We only ask that you attend the rehearsals you are called for and do your very best!
💓REHEARSALS:
A rehearsal schedule and general info will be provided at the meeting. Rehearsals will be held M-Th evenings from approx. 6:30-9:00 pm, and if needed - a couple of Saturdays (TBA).
There will be no rehearsals on Wednesday through Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend.
Not all cast members will be required to attend all rehearsals. The schedule you will receive at the meeting will break down your required days/times. We are always very respectful of your time.
💚TECH WEEK:
Tech week is Dec 1-4. Cast members must attend ALL evening rehearsals during tech week - usually 5 pm - 10 pm (ish). With prior permission, you will be allowed to leave after your section of the show (ie- if you are only performing in one specialty act, we will not make you stay the whole time). We always release young children early when possible. Older kids should plan ahead and practice integrity and responsibility by speaking to their teachers and obtaining school work in advance. Tech week can be late nights - so please plan ahead!
💓PERFORMANCES:
Showtimes are Fri. Dec. 5th at 7 pm, Sat. Dec. 6th at 7 pm, and Sun Dec. 7th at 2 pm. 3 performances only!
