Get ready to dial in your lines and explore the best terrain Lookout Mountain has to offer with SORBA Chattanooga and Lula Lake Land Trust as we lead a series of Five Points 50/25 Course Preview Rides leading up to the big race on Oct. 25th! Whether you're racing this year or just want to ride the amazing trail systems that Lookout Mountain has to offer, these preview rides are for you. Can't make this one? No worries- we will be hosting multiple group rides throughout the year, and each ride will showcase different sections of the course and give you a chance to get comfortable with the terrain before race day.

The section of the race course covered will include the trails on Lula Lake's Moonshine trail system. This ride will be 7 miles with approximately 500 ft. of vertical gain. All of the trails are mostly single track with a combination of long climbs, fast downhills, technical rock gardens, and smooth flowy trails. These rides will roll at a social pace, but the terrain is no joke—expect a mix of flow, roots, and climbs that will keep you on your toes. No one will be left behind!
Date: Thursday, Sept. 11th
Meeting Time: Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm ET. The ride will start promptly at 6:00 pm ET.
Important Details
This ride may be canceled in the event of heavy rain.
Bring: Your own mountain bike, helmet, plenty of water and snacks.
Please note: In the warmer months we do see quite a bit of yellowjackets on the property, so if you are allergic, please carry your own EpiPen as we do not carry them on site.

This is a free event, but donations are appreciated, as they go directly to Lula Lake and SORBA's efforts to build and maintain the trails you are riding on!
