The Healing Feast offers food and community for healing connections with self, others, the earth, and the sacred. Singer/songwriter and sacred space facilitator founded and facilitates this monthly series to share nurturing, globally-inspired food that is mindful of the earth, along with deep conversations, uplifting music, and embodied practices of aliveness. This month's Healing Feast celebrates Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with the theme of Ancestral Feast, to create healing connections with ancestors and for future generations. The dialogue questions will be: What are the most important ancestors for you (by blood, spiritual tradition, or otherwise) and how do you connect with them? Where do you find resources and resilience in your ancestors? What aspects of their stories or patterns do you hope to heal for future generations?
