🧠 What is SMART Recovery?
It’s a science-based program that empowers individuals and their loved ones to overcome challenges through proven tools, principles, and safe, supportive meetings.
💙 In addition to the main SMART Recovery group, we now offer a Friends & Family Group—designed specifically to support those who care about someone facing substance use challenges. Facilitated by GCPC, this group offers tools, resources, and a compassionate space to find strength and healing.
