Life puts a lot on a man’s shoulders.. providing, leading, staying strong, holding everything together even when you’re running on empty.

Most of us were never given the permission to slow down, breathe, or release what we’ve been carrying. We just push through it… until we break.

This night is for the men who are ready for something different.

The Men’s Cacao & Breathwork Reset is a powerful, grounded experience designed to help men clear stress, reconnect with their bodies, and show up with more focus, strength, and peace. No fluff. No weirdness. No expectations. Just a room full of men committed to becoming better versions of themselves.

What to Expect

Cacao Drink — a warm, heart-healthy cacao (chocolate) blend used around the world to support emotional clarity and focus.

Guided Breathwork Session — a simple, science-backed breathing practice that helps lower stress, release stored tension, and increase mental clarity. Think of it like “hitting reset” for your nervous system.

Real Conversation — not therapy, not preaching — just honest discussion about what we as men carry and how we can move forward stronger.

A Supportive Environment — a safe space where no one judges you, rushes you, or expects anything from you. You show up exactly as you are.

Who This Is For

Men who are:

• Dealing with stress, pressure, or burnout

• On a journey of growing, healing, or improving their life
