This is a space to release FEMININE RAGE, an ancestral and inherited biological response to the struggles, oppressions, wrongdoings, and silencing that women and femmes have been subjected to. 🫂

We are setting the stage and cultivating the conversation around our relationship with rage, and how we can support ourselves and each other as we navigate that emotion. 🔥

We are featuring healthcare providers, mental health professionals, and creatives of any medium to speak to the importance of expression and emotional regulation.
