Healing doesn’t only happen through words — sometimes it happens through color, texture, and creativity. Our Art Therapy Group offers a supportive space where individuals can express emotions, reduce stress, and build connection through creative exploration.

Whether you’re in early recovery, long-term recovery, or seeking support for trauma or codependency, this group welcomes you.

No art experience needed. All supplies provided.
