Meditation Circle October

You are warmly invited to an evening of growth, healing, and deep connection to your inner self.
We will begin by opening sacred space with a beautiful shamanic cacao ceremony — a heart-opening plant medicine that has been used in ritual and ceremony for centuries. During this sacred time, I will call in the elements and shamanic archetypes to support and guide our healing journey.
You’ll then be gently led through one of my intuitively written guided meditations, taking you on an inner journey to a realm of bliss and restoration — a space where healing, clarity, and connection can unfold.
Throughout the afternoon, you will be immersed in a symphony of sound — crystal singing bowls, rhythmic drumming, and other healing instruments — designed to awaken your senses and soothe your soul. We will also enhance the experience with the sacred scents of essential oils, incense, or smudging to complete your sensory journey.
To close our ceremony, there will be space to share your experiences (if you feel called to), offering a chance for deeper connection and mutual support.
After closing sacred space, we’ll enjoy time to connect, reflect, and share with other like-minded souls.
My intention is to create a space of conscious community — where we support one another through the cycles of healing, growth, and spiritual awakening. Together, we reconnect with ourselves, our higher selves, and the spirit that guides us
